Please read this refund and return policy before making a purchase.
Overview
Because Encouraged by Faith offers digital products and may also offer physical products such as journals, prayer cards, shirts, hoodies, cups, and other merchandise, the refund policy may be different depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products
Digital products may include devotionals, prayer cards, printable pages, journals, downloads, PDFs, or any other digital item.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed right away, all digital product sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are not usually given for digital products unless:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed it.
- There was a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your product, and we were unable to help resolve it.

Physical Products and Merchandise
Physical products may include journals, prayer cards, shirts, hoodies, hats, cups, pens, or other merchandise sold through the Encouraged by Faith shop.
Some items may be made to order, which means they are created after the order is placed. As a result, returns and exchanges may be limited.
Please make sure you choose the correct size, color, design, and shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A short explanation of the problem
Once the issue is reviewed, we will let you know if a replacement, refund, or other solution can be offered.
Returns
Returns may only be accepted if they are approved first.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging, if applicable
- Approved for return before being sent back
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Items that are worn, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without approval may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital downloads
- Printable products
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order merchandise unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Gift cards, if offered
- Items returned without approval
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank because it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item by mistake, we may not be able to offer an exchange, especially if the item was made to order.
Shipping Returns
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be able to be canceled once they have been processed, fulfilled, downloaded, or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
